Got a puncture (catastophic) while out and about in Norwich and Pure Tyres were the only ones willing/able to assist with tyre replacement on the road side at this time so got me out of a fix. From telephoning them to being back up and running was 50 minutes. John was friendly too. Such a good service I decided to have him call that same day at home to replace another (worn) tyre.
