Mercedes Benz EQC Jacking Procedure
Cover of jack support points
Before positioning the jack, you must remove the covers for the jack support points.
To remove: turn clip (1) on the cover one quarter turn and remove.
Pull the cover downwards using handle (2) until the cover releases at the top of the longitudinal member panel.
Once the cover has been removed this will reveal the Mercedes EQC Vehicle jacking support point block:

Use the specified lifting points
Follow the vehicle-specific procedure shown above. Do not assume a convenient edge, suspension part or battery casing is a lifting point. Check that the jack and any supports are suitable for the vehicle and the work.
Choose a safe place
The vehicle must be on firm, level ground and secured against movement as specified in its instructions. If the roadside position is unsafe, seek assistance rather than attempting a wheel change beside moving traffic.
A jack is not a working support
Never work beneath a vehicle supported only by a jack. Work requiring access underneath needs appropriate support and the correct procedure. Vehicles with special suspension or lifting modes may require additional preparation.
