How to reset / calibrate your 2026 Vauxhall Corsa Electric tyre pressure monitoring system

1. Press the car icon

Park, apply the parking brake and correct all four cold tyre pressures first. Switch on the ignition, then press the car-shaped control on the right of the touchscreen shown here.

2. Select under-inflation initialisation

In Driving function, press the Under-inflation initialization text row. Use the row itself, rather than the separate information symbol on its right.

3. Confirm with Yes

After checking all four pressures, select Yes. Wait for confirmation, then drive normally so the system can calibrate. If the warning returns, check the tyres rather than repeatedly resetting it.

1. Check all four tyres when cold and adjust them to the correct pressures for the fitted tyres and current load. Apply the parking brake before using the display.
2. Open vehicle settings or driving functions using the car-shaped button or touchscreen icon. Select the tyre deflation initialisation function and follow the on-screen confirmation prompt. Control position and menu wording depend on the infotainment system.
3. Wait for the confirmation pop-up, then drive normally. The system calibrates to the new tyre pressures during driving; there is no wheel-by-wheel sensor matching sequence for this indirect system.

Reinitialise after adjusting pressures, changing load conditions or swapping wheels. Initialising with incorrect pressures does not correct them. If a warning remains or returns, check the tyres and have any continuing system fault investigated.

Check the tyres first

A reset does not repair a puncture or restore lost air. Check all tyres and set the correct cold pressures before following the reset instructions. If a tyre repeatedly loses pressure, have the cause investigated rather than repeatedly clearing the warning.

How do I clear the tyre pressure warning on my Vauxhall Corsa Electric?

It learns the new wheel-circumference reference during driving. If the warning returns

Recheck the pressures and inspect for damage. A persistent or flashing warning can indicate a system fault as well as a pressure issue; use the vehicle handbook to identify it. TPMS does not replace routine manual pressure checks.
