I had a puncture outside my house. John came out within an hour and took under half an hour to mend it and put the wheel back on. My car developed a flat whilst at the main dealer for it's yearly service - it was fairly late on a Friday afternoon and the main dealers were struggling to get a tyre - let a alone someone to fit it. Not a problem for John though, one phone call with the details and he was there within the hour, replacement tyre on board his van. Shortly afterwards, I was on my way, new tyre fitted and for a lot less than I'd been quoted. Thanks John!
